Roleplay without the manager.Or the mercy.
AI sales roleplay is a rep pitching out loud to a buyer that answers back. Ours is built from your recordings, throws your market's objections, interrupts on hard mode, and scores every run. Reps lose to it a hundred times so the real one is the one they win.
What is AI sales roleplay?
AI sales roleplay is a practice conversation where software plays the buyer. The rep talks, the buyer objects, stalls and pushes back, and the session gets scored at the end. It replaces the manager-plays-homeowner drill with one a rep can run alone, any hour, as many times as it takes.
The word roleplay makes it sound soft. Run on hard mode it is not. The buyer interrupts, stacks two objections on top of each other, brings up the spouse, and does not roll over because the rep got the script right.
What one session looks like.
Five steps, ten minutes, no manager in the room.
- 01 · Pick the drill
A full pitch from opener to close, or the one objection the rep keeps losing. He sets the difficulty.
- 02 · Talk
Voice, live. The buyer answers in real time, in the words your market uses, because we built it from your recordings.
- 03 · Get pushed
Brush-offs, stalls, the price wall, the spouse, the competitor who knocked yesterday. On hard mode it interrupts and keeps pushing.
- 04 · Get scored
Every run gets a grade on process, rapport and tonality, with the moment the run turned.
- 05 · Run it again
The buyer throws the same objection a different way next time. The rep stops reaching for the script and starts answering.
Objections the buyer throws.
A few from the roofing, solar and pest buyers. Yours come from your recordings, not this list.
- “We just had it done last year.”
- “Insurance already looked at it.”
- “My brother-in-law does roofs.”
- “Our electric bill isn't that bad.”
- “We're selling the house in a few years.”
- “I heard those panels wreck your roof.”
- “We spray ourselves.”
- “We already have a company.”
- “We don't really have bugs.”
When reps actually open it.
Built around the day a rep actually has, at a door or on a dialer.
- Before the first street, or the first dial
A new hire runs the curriculum. Every objection he is going to hear and every script he is going to run, one stage at a time. He passes a stage by winning a full run against the buyer. Then the next stage unlocks.
- Between doors, or between calls
A rep picks the objection that beat him this morning and drills it for ten minutes. The buyer throws it a different way each run.
- After a lost one
He drops in the recording. ClosingPro finds the moment it went sideways, rebuilds that buyer, and he runs the same conversation again until he flips it.
- Monday morning
The manager opens one screen. Who put in the drills, who is improving, which objections keep beating the team, who gets territory or leads this week.
A built buyer against a stock persona.
A stock persona runs the same twelve objections for every company that signs up. A built buyer runs the lines that beat your reps last month, in the words your market used.
That is the whole difference, and it is why we build each one by hand from recordings instead of handing you a persona editor. A roofing rep in Phoenix hears “insurance already looked at it.” A pest rep in Dallas hears “we spray ourselves.” Neither should be practicing on the other one's homeowner.
Recording tools like Rilla and Siro are a different job: they record the real door after it happens. The side by sides are here.
Questions about roleplay.
Every question we get →A practice conversation where software plays the buyer. The rep talks, the buyer objects, stalls and pushes back, and the session gets scored at the end. It replaces the manager-plays-homeowner drill with one a rep can run alone, any hour, as many times as it takes.
Where to next.
- AI sales training →What it is, who runs it, what it did to one roofing team's numbers, what it costs.
- Door to door sales training →The full walkthrough video, every screen in fifteen minutes.
- Remote sales training →The same buyer for closers, setters and SDR teams on the phone or Zoom.
- The door to door tools, compared →Every AI roleplay tool that names the door, from their own pages.

Bring your hardest objection. We build the buyer around it live. Your rep fights it, you watch. 30 minutes, no slide deck. For owners and sales managers.
Teams that sign by Thursday kick off the following Monday. Miss it and your class starts a week later.
We build every trainer by hand, so we take on 3 teams a month.
