Only Lone AI may white-label or resell its services.

The ClosingPro product

Access to the ClosingPro product is a limited right to use a hosted instance and is governed by the separate Terms of Service and Privacy Policy presented inside the app at solo.closingpro.live and, for company deployments, the applicable services agreement. These website Terms do not grant product access.

SMS / Text Messaging Program Terms

ClosingPro SMS Program. By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from ClosingPro by Lone AI, including demo scheduling, appointment reminders, and follow-ups you request. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time; reply HELP for help or contact support@closingpro.live. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

Third-party services

The site uses third-party services, such as embedded scheduling. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

Disclaimer

This website is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement. Product commitments, if any, are made only in a signed services agreement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lone AI LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising out of your use of this website. Our total liability arising out of the website will not exceed one hundred dollars (US $100). Liability relating to the ClosingPro product is addressed in the applicable services agreement.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or the website will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest version, and continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
