The Practice Field Comes First

Most AI sales coaching tools start with recording. Your rep records the real conversation, the AI analyzes it, the manager reviews it later. That's useful, and we do it too. But it's the second half of the answer, not the first.

Recording-first has a problem nobody puts on their pricing page: the customer becomes the crash test dummy. Every recorded fumble is a real homeowner watching a rep rehearse on them. The lead you paid for is the practice material.

We built ClosingPro on a different order of operations. Practice comes first.

Your reps drill against an AI homeowner built from your scripts, your objections, and your market. It argues back. It gets skeptical. It cuts reps off mid-pitch on higher difficulties. A rep can bomb the same conversation ten times in a row and the only thing that gets hurt is their leaderboard rank. Mistakes in the arena are free.

Then comes the game film. Upload a real door recording and ClosingPro grades it on process, rapport, and tonality. It can even rebuild that homeowner as a practice buyer, so the rep reruns the exact call they lost until they win it. Review tells you what went wrong. Practice is where it gets fixed.

Reps who drill before the game need a lot less film to fix. And practice never costs you a customer: drills happen in a private training environment, not on the people who answer your doors.

Then when your rep knocks a real door, it's not their first rep. It's their two hundredth.

Practice first. Film second. That's the order that ramps reps.
