What Rilla Actually Costs in 2026 (and Why Most Door-to-Door Teams Can't Buy It)

Rilla is the biggest name in AI sales coaching. Publicly reported at around $70 million a year in revenue, backed by Google Ventures, with Home Depot named as a customer. If you run a sales team in the trades, you've heard of them.

Their costs, from public pricing breakdowns and their own customers' reports:

Per rep, you're looking at roughly $199 to $349 per month depending on plan. There's a 5-seat minimum. There's a one-time setup fee that reportedly runs $1,500 to $5,000. Contracts are annual and paid 100% upfront. No free trial.

Run the math on a 10-rep team. That's somewhere between $24,000 and $42,000 in year one, all due at signing.

For a 200-tech HVAC company, that math works. Rilla is a good product for what it does, which is recording your reps' real appointments so managers can review them fast. If that's what you need and you have the budget, they earned their spot.

If you run doors, two things change the math.

First, the 5-seat minimum means a 4-rep crew cannot buy it at all. And if you're a 6 to 10 rep door-knocking team, you're paying enterprise software prices for a tool built for a different job.

Second: Rilla was built for the appointment, not the door. HVAC techs at the kitchen table. Sales counselors on model home tours. Their whole product records conversations that are already happening with a warm lead sitting across from you.

Door-to-door is a different sport. Your rep has 30 seconds on a doorstep with a stranger who didn't ask for the visit. The battle is the opener, the brush-off, the "we already have a guy." By the time a D2D rep is at a kitchen table, most of the hard part already happened.

Recording tools coach the appointment. They don't build the rep who can earn the appointment.

That's the gap we built ClosingPro for. Instead of recording your customers, we build an AI homeowner from your scripts and your market, and your reps drill against it before they ever burn a real door. It pushes back the way your actual customers push back. Reps rank up, chase the leaderboard, and show up to the doors already having lost the argument fifty times in practice.

We do the whole setup for you. We price for door teams, a fraction of the numbers above. And we never record a single customer.

If you're pricing out Rilla and your team knocks doors for a living, talk to us first. Worst case, you'll know what both tools do before you spend $20,000.
